Principal's Message

Creedmoor Elementary families,

I’m writing to provide an important update about the search for a new Principal at Creedmoor Elementary. Over the past few weeks, we began this process by gathering feedback from parents and staff. In the coming weeks, we will be sending out a new survey to ensure your voices are heard as we strive to find the ideal leader for your campus. Our search will continue until we identify the best possible candidate to guide our school community.

In the meantime, I’m pleased to announce that Dr. Dinorah Bores, our Executive Director of Curriculum and Instruction, will step into the role of Interim Principal during this transition. Dr. Bores brings extensive experience, having served as Principal of two elementary schools in Austin ISD for 10 years. She starts her role on campus today.

We are committed to a transparent and inclusive search process. With this, we will be sharing some new opportunities to share feedback on the search with in-person focus groups and surveys. Your feedback will help us define the qualities and characteristics we seek in our next Principal, guiding us to make the best decision for our school.
