Dr. Dinorah Bores, Executive Director of Human Resources, will serve as Interim Principal beginning Tuesday, October 21st.
On October 27th, Valerie Borchers, an experienced former principal, will assume the interim role. Ms. Borchers is an accomplished educational leader with more than 25 years of experience in public education, including service as a bilingual teacher, instructional coach, district specialist, assistant principal, and principal. Most recently, she supported Austin ISD as a Director of Early Learning and Director of Elementary Schools, mentoring principals across 78 campuses. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is known for building collaborative school communities and supporting educators to achieve meaningful results for students for more than a decade.

Creedmoor Elementary is excited to welcome our new Assistant Principal, Nasreen Rouin!
In her 11th year with Del Valle ISD, Nasreen brings a wealth of experience, from teaching second, third, and fifth grades to serving as Assistant Principal at Popham Elementary. She has a strong track record of leading successful campus-wide initiatives, including PBIS and data-driven instruction, that have helped boost student achievement.
With three master’s degrees and multiple certifications, Nasreen is also deeply committed to fostering a safe and rigorous learning environment where everyone can thrive. We're thrilled to have her join the team!
